Amerigroup Corporation to Discuss Fourth Quarter Earnings on February 17

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Friday, January 20, 2012) – As previously announced, Amerigroup Corporation (NYSE: AGP) will report its earnings for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2011, at approximately 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, Feb. 17, 2012.  At 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the same day, Amerigroup’s management will host a conference call and webcast to discuss earnings and other information.

Callers will be asked to identify themselves and their affiliations. The conference call will also be available through the investors’ page of the Company’s website or through www.earnings.com.
