Achieving Excellence in Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set Measures and Quality Management Conference: Amerigroup Vice President and National Medical Director Dr. William Runyon will present Nov. 12 at the Hilton Nashville Downtown in Nashville, Tenn. The presentation, “Establishing Effective Data Analytics and Information Dissemination Strategies,” begins at 9:45 a.m. Central time.

The Ninth Annual American Health Care Congress: Amerigroup Georgia Chief Medical Officer Dr. William Alexander will present in a panel discussion Nov. 13 at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort in Los Angeles. The panel, “Innovative Programs to Drive Improved Population Management, Population Health and Successful Strategies to Decrease the Cost of Care,” begins at 9:30 a.m. Pacific time.

Health Insurance Exchange Congress: Amerigroup Vice President of Product Development J.P. Holland will participate in a breakout session Nov. 13 at the Hotel Sax in Chicago. The session, “Design Your Products to Target Specific Segments,” begins at 4:30 p.m. Central time.

2012 TASH Conference: Amerigroup Vice President of Advocacy Merrill Friedman will participate in the poster presentation Nov. 29 at The Westin Long Beach (Calif.) Hotel. Friedman will be joined by President of Autistic Self Advocacy Network Ari Ne’eman and Executive Director of Parent to Parent USA and National Advisory Board member Kathy Brill to discuss, “Independent and Community Living for People with Disabilities,” which will begin at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time.
