Jenn Crenshaw is vice president of Human Resources for the Government Business Division of WellPoint, Inc. In this role, Ms. Crenshaw oversees strategic human capital planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, as well as leadership development for associates supporting WellPoint’s Medicaid and Medicare programs, National Government Services and the Federal Employee Program.
Ms. Crenshaw has extensive human resources management experience in the health care, information technology and hospitality industries. Among previous leadership positions, she served as vice president of Human Resources, North America, for the Burger King Corporation and as Chief Human Resources Officer at New Signature, a Washington, D.C.-based technology solutions integrator. She is also an adjunct professor in the Executive MBA and Masters of Human Resources Management Programs at Florida International University.
Ms. Crenshaw earned certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society of Human Resources Management. She is a graduate of the Center for Leadership program at Florida International University, earned her Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Messiah College.
